I too recently received a bottle of Legend and remembered the rough, hot young Bowmore that Legend was a few years ago. How things have changed! Yes the 12 YO is still a better whisky but the Legend is so much better than it was.
Its fresh, smooth, smokey and really easy going.
Once open it won't last long....

Organic generally gives a better taste in my experience so it comes as no surprise to me that it should do the same for whiskey. Nice review.

Worryingly, I've developed quite a taste for the A'Bunadh, with my current bottle weighing in at a hefty 61% abv. I'll make sure you get some next time you're in the Burgh! But you're right - their standard bottle is perfectly enjoyable too.

I like the sound of the 15. I love Malt Whiskeys, but I can neither afford good ones, nor find them where I live in rural Wales.
